Levantesol Groupo Inmobiliario wanted a website that would bring them clients, showcase the properties that they have to offer and save them time. In addition, they wanted to be able to add and edit property listings and images themselves.

We proceeded to develop a search engine friendly website using CSS and (x)html. Finishing high in the search engines means more traffic, and more potential clients.

The site features property listings and a searchable database, as well as featured listings on most of the pages.

The entire site is printer friendly, which is particularily useful for the property listings and the individual listings pages. In addition, an 'Add to My Homes' link allows users to create a list of homes that interest them, which they can print off or e-mail directly to the Levantesol office for more information.

On the backside, the agents can add and edit property listings, as well as create e-mail and window flyers automatically from the database, saving them time in the process.
